Order Processing

    • Expedited Shipping: $9.99 for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: $15.99 for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days.
    • Expedited International Shipping: $29.99 for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
    Note: Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination country and the weight of the package.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Dooserver.top is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Dooserver.top is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
